Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Willingness to complete any facility-required documentation outside of standard onboarding processes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments and associated credentialing processes
