Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 12-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an acute care hospital setting, including a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
• Deliver direct patient care across assigned shifts, including every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis with facility staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and progress patient treatment goals
• Document patient assessments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent staff
• Compliance with facility dress code and all applicable hospital policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma center or acute care hospital setting
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
