Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 28-bed emergency department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented department to ensure safe and efficient patient outcomes
• Assess, monitor, and respond to a diverse range of emergency and critical patient presentations

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required prior to assignment start date
• Experience in emergency room or acute care nursing
• Ability to work night shift, 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma care or behavioral health within an emergency department setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry
