Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Every 3rd Weekend Required | Work Week: Sunday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting during overnight shifts
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska
• Experience working in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts including every third weekend at minimum
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel nursing experience in an LTC/SNF setting
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and long-term care workflows
