Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting within designated territories.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with caregivers and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with clients and families to support therapy goals and ensure compliance.
• Travel within assigned counties to deliver consistent care and meet productivity expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Proof of required immunizations and background screening (e.g., TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap, Flu, drug screen, physical).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel outside the primary service area if necessary.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including potential weekends and COVID+ or PUI patients.
