Respiratory Therapist

Job Title

• Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT accepted)

• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Perform patient assessments and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Float as needed between facilities and communicate effectively during scheduling and shift changes
• Adhere to all compliance requirements, including certifications and licensing

Required Qualifications

• Ohio RRT license in hand at the time of submission
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT accepted)
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in respiratory therapy
• In hand at time of submission
• Clear background check; no license hits or restrictions
• Nicotine-free, negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with Cleveland Clinic facilities or similar hospital environments
• Ability to float between departments and facilities as needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills
