Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Trauma/Burn ICU setting, with exposure to medical and cardiac overflow patients
• Float within scope to other ICU units (Medical, Neuro, Cardiac), IMC, and general floors as needed to meet facility demands
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by the unit
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Active Illinois RN license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross only; RQI cards not accepted)
• Willingness and ability to float to other units within the facility as needed
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS, TNCC, or TNS certification
• Prior experience with Cerner charting system
• Experience in trauma or burn ICU environments
