Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a broad range of surgical service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Utilize electronic documentation systems (Cerner) to accurately record patient care activities
• Adhere to variable scheduling requirements, including on-call obligations as needed
• Float to other departments as required per facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular — no exceptions
• Broad surgical knowledge across multiple service lines
• Proficiency with Cerner or comparable electronic health record documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in robotic surgery programs
• Background in burn and trauma surgical services
• Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume regional referral center environments
