Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | Weekend rotation required (1 weekend every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care and Level III Trauma Center setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–9 patients per day
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license in hand at time of submission
• Acute care experience is a hard-stop requirement
• Ability to float between units within the facility
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Self-driven, hardworking, and adaptable in a fast-paced acute care environment
