Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | Weekend rotation required (1 weekend every 4 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care and Level III Trauma Center setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 8–9 patients per day
- Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license in hand at time of submission
- Acute care experience is a hard-stop requirement
- Ability to float between units within the facility
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Self-driven, hardworking, and adaptable in a fast-paced acute care environment
