Contract | Travel | 6-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call Required (Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM & Saturday – Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures including General, Cardiac, and Therapeutic NM studies
• Operate GE NM 850 Dual Head SPECT/CT Scanner, GE NM 830 Dual Head Gamma Camera, and GE Case 8000 Stress Testing system
• Conduct procedures such as Sentinel Node Injections, DATScan, HIDA, Gastric Emptying, V/Q, Thyroid Uptake, Bone Scan, Indium 111, Thyroid Ablations, and Xofigo
• Perform venipuncture and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required
• Document and manage patient information using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Current registration with NMTCB and/or ARRT(N)
• Active Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license issued by the Texas Medical Board
• BLS certification from an approved vendor
• Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE Scanners, Xeleris Post Processing, and GE Centricity PACS
• Familiarity with the Meditech Health Information System
• Strong venipuncture skills and proficiency with clinical computer systems
