Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess telemetry patient data to ensure proper cardiac function
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care accurately and report any changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 1-hour shifts (per shift hours specified)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a cardiac or telemetry unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems
