Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Microscopically examine gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens for cancerous, pre-cancerous cells, and other pathologic findings
• Screen a designated volume of Pap specimens on a daily basis
• Assist in obtaining diagnostic quality samples and provide feedback during fine needle aspiration procedures
• Work across multiple specimen types including pulmonary, interventional radiology, and endocrine cases
• Collaborate closely with physicians and pathologists in a high-volume academic setting
• May rotate to satellite campuses independently once trained

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required
• Cytotechnologist (CT) ASCP certification required, or eligible (position may be offered contingent upon passing certification)
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment working alongside proceduralists
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the ROSE (Rapid On-Site Evaluation) procedure and participation in procedure room settings
• Familiarity with fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures
• Exposure to a broad range of specimen types across multiple clinical specialties
