Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in delivering outpatient and inpatient therapy services
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
