Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Complete documentation for each patient encounter, including interactions with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are delivered effectively within assigned shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in clinical setting required.
• Ability to work dayshift hours.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar outpatient or clinical setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of documentation processes and compliance standards.
