Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient rehabilitation patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic scheduling standards
• Float to additional clinic locations as needed to support patient care continuity
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver evidence-based treatment plans and progress patients toward functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Texas
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to other clinic locations as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
