Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal care.
• Conduct local school visits and home care visits to deliver patient-centered therapy.
• Assist in pain management programs and pelvic health therapy.
• Utilize specialized therapies such as hydrotherapy, dry needling, and the LSVT Big and Loud program.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a hospital and long-term care setting.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Montana Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with pelvic health, hydrotherapy, or dry needling.
• Prior work in hospital, nursing home, or outpatient clinic environments.
• Familiarity with pediatric and developmentally delayed patient care.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
