Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and any changes in patient condition accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) certification through NBCOT
• Active and unrestricted Montana state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facility workflows and Medicare documentation requirements
