Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) electronic health records system for documentation and care coordination
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and assess resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Adhere to facility attendance and reliability standards throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Active Compact or Wyoming state Registered Nurse license — must be in-hand at time of submission
- Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC) — required, no exceptions
- Prior travel nursing experience — required
- Ability to work a varied shift schedule combining day and night shifts as directed by the facility
- Ability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance
- Must meet facility attendance policy: no more than 1 call-out within the first 30 days, and no more than 2 call-outs for the full 13-week contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established clinical team
