Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents during day shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in South Dakota or a compact state
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• Ability to complete and clear a facility-conducted background check and drug screen prior to start (results may take 7–10 business days)
• Ability to start within two weeks of offer or as soon as possible pending compliance clearance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Familiarity with electronic health records and long-term care documentation standards
