Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily in orthopedics and sports medicine.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits with potential double-booking for efficiency.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with facility standards.
• Participate in float coverage across multiple clinics as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work first-time traveler assignments; no new grads accepted.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with guaranteed 36 hours.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedics or sports medicine settings is a plus.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
