Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic and sports medicine patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Float to other clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted)
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and/or sports medicine rehabilitation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with orthopedic and sports medicine patient populations
• Comfort with high-volume caseloads and double-booking scheduling models
