Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during overnight hours
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical changes in the electronic health record
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee or compact licensure eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in an emergency or acute care environment
• Familiarity with high-volume, Level I or Level II trauma center workflows
• TNCC or CEN certification is a plus
