Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize clinic flow and efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime requires prior approval from the director.
• Float to other clinics as needed to cover staffing or patient volume changes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred; experience with orthopedic cases is a plus.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program; new graduates considered if qualified.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and float responsibilities.
