Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic unit during night shift hours
- Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system
- Float to like units based on skill set and demonstrated competencies as census needs require
- Complete required pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
- Provide weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend rotation, subject to change based on unit need
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid multistate compact license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic or like specialty
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Must not be a first-time traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in both teaching and community hospital settings
- Familiarity with floating protocols across multiple unit types
