Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Weekends and holidays required as needed; call shifts may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in all surgical service lines including general, orthopedic, neurological, gynecological, urological, robotic, and endovascular cases
• Provide skilled circulating nursing care across a broad range of surgical procedures including craniotomies and laparoscopic cases
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedural compliance throughout all phases of the perioperative process
• Float to other areas as required based on unit needs
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and documentation requirements within the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room / circulating nursing experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented including where it was utilized; candidates must pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)
• Experience circulating in endovascular, general, orthopedic, neurological, gynecological, urological, and robotic surgical cases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad exposure to a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varied case types and surgical team dynamics
