Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Monitor patient health status and assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
