  • Full-time, night shifts, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
  • Monitor patient health status and assist with daily living activities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and report significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working night shifts in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
