Key Responsibilities

• Conduct standard initial evaluations and ongoing case management for a diverse outpatient caseload
• Treat approximately 11 patients per day across adult and geriatric populations
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniations, fractures, and more
• Document patient progress and treatment plans utilizing NextGen EMR
• Deliver post-operative and non-surgical care for conditions such as back pain, meniscus tears, and rotator cuff injuries

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations
• Proficiency or ability to learn NextGen EMR system
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 11 visits per day

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions including TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, and osteoporosis
• Background in outpatient orthopedic or clinic-based physical therapy settings
