Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a clinical setting
• Conduct standard initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for various conditions such as Achilles tendinitis, ACL tears, back pain, and post-operative care
• Manage cases including fracture rehabilitation, joint replacements, rotator cuff surgeries, and postural dysfunctions
• Assist patients with functional recovery through non-surgical interventions and therapeutic exercises
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work with adult and geriatric populations
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with post-operative orthopedic care and case management
• Knowledge of NextGen electronic health records system
• Excellent patient communication skills
