Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Operate and maintain IR equipment and supplies in accordance with department protocols
• Document patient information and procedural data using the Meditech documentation system
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring safe and attentive patient care throughout procedures
• Fulfill on-call requirements after the regular shift (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and participate in 24-hour weekend call rotations, with a minimum of 10 call shifts per month based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Current Radiologic Technologist certification (Certified Rad Tech)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures
• Proficiency with IR equipment and related supplies
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as outlined by department scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel assignment experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and function independently
