Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (16:00–04:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting
• Perform triage assessments and fetal monitoring using Philips wireless fetal monitoring systems
• Circulate for procedures including C-sections, circumcisions, and external versions
• Operate Panda warmers with built-in Neo-puff and manage OB Hemorrhage Cart as needed
• Care for couplets at a 1:2 staffing ratio within a Level 1 OB/delivery and Level 1 nursery unit
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand prior to start date
• Minimum 18 months of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required (Advanced also accepted)
• Experience with triage, circulating, and telemetry
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as an LDRP nurse strongly preferred
• Nursery experience preferred
