Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a free-standing Emergency Department setting
• Manage a general patient population across an 8-bed unit
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–5 in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Document patient care and clinical information using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality emergency care

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a free-standing or community Emergency Department
• Comfort working in smaller unit environments with flexible, unit-managed scheduling
