Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions including trauma, STEMI, and stroke
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
- Support behavioral health unit (BHU) patients as needed within the emergency setting
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of emergency room nursing experience
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- CPI certification required
- NIHSS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
- Background in trauma, STEMI, stroke, or behavioral health unit (BHU) care
