Job Title

• Emergency Room Registered Nurse

• Manchester, CT

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights, 36 hours per week, rotating holidays, EOW (Every Other Weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Handle complex processes related to patient assessment, treatment, and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Transition skills for the upcoming shift from Meditech to EPIC electronic medical record system by June 27, 2026
• Adapt to rotating schedules, including night shifts and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Emergency Department RN
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Valid BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience managing transition periods in healthcare IT systems
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
