Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in adult medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to work night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to meet and maintain facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in a regional or acute care hospital setting
