• Travel, Days Shift, 5 days/week, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients in a 41-bed facility.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on improving ADLs and IADLs.
• Implement and document therapy sessions, ensuring patient progress and compliance with unit policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
• Track treatment time and charges accurately to meet therapy requirements.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and maintain knowledge of latest therapy techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care OT experience.
• Active Kansas state licensure.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Certification or experience in neuro therapy or lymphedema management.
• Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, and IADL equipment.
