CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Dayton, OH
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media
- Work within scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture
- Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner
- Exercise professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition
- Perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Allied Health with a focus in Radiologic Technology
- Current CPR certification required
- ARRT RT(R) registry required
- Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure required
- Availability to work every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CT registry (ARRT CT) preferred
- Experience performing procedures across multiple imaging modalities
