CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Location

Dayton, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media
  • Work within scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture
  • Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner
  • Exercise professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition
  • Perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Allied Health with a focus in Radiologic Technology
  • Current CPR certification required
  • ARRT RT(R) registry required
  • Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure required
  • Availability to work every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • CT registry (ARRT CT) preferred
  • Experience performing procedures across multiple imaging modalities
