Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services across multiple clinic locations as assigned
• Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions consistent with the assigned outpatient setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license — permanent South Carolina state license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a multi-site or split-location clinical environment
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation systems and workflows
