CT Technologist – CAT Scan (Contract)

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT/CAT scan imaging procedures in a fast-paced freestanding emergency department (FSED) environment
• Manage high-acuity patients including stroke and trauma cases with professionalism and efficiency
• Float to additional FSED locations within the facility network as needed
• Operate primarily GE imaging equipment across radiology modalities
• Collaborate with a large imaging team including leads, technologists, and IR nurses across day and night shifts
• Maintain strong scanning skills and adhere to department dress code and unit guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification (CT modality required)
• Active Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Experience in trauma and stroke imaging in a high-acuity setting
• Ability to float to multiple FSED locations as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a freestanding or hospital-based emergency department imaging environment
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment
• Calm, professional demeanor with strong teamwork and adaptability in high-volume settings
