- Full-time, 36 hours per week, rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to ICU patients based on established protocols and standards
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Maine RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of ICU nursing experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in an ICU setting
- Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
