Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio (permanent) or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active ACLS certification
• No open license hits or background case of any kind

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
