Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 4 shifts per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures as a first assist in the operating room.
• Support orthopedic robot-assisted surgeries, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for scheduled cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Support emergency cases, including C-sections, and assist with room setup and cleanup.
• Adhere to hospital protocols for on-call duties, including responding within 20 minutes for emergencies.

Required Qualifications
• Ohio nursing license in good standing.
• Prior experience working in an OR setting, preferably with orthopedic robot-assisted surgeries.
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts comfortably.
• Availability for call shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency situations.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and OR safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience assisting in C-section deliveries.
• Familiarity with hospital policies on floating and emergency response.
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting as a surgical tech or RN.
