Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective respiratory care through assessments, diagnostics, therapeutics, and education as approved by physicians.
• Initiate and deliver patient care services based on authorized protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory procedures and treatments.

Required Qualifications

• Current registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• State of Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification upon hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care.
• PALS and NRP certifications within designated timeframes.
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population across all ages.
