Summary
iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Speech-Language Pathologist for our client, a leading healthcare provider specializing in senior and rehabilitation care. This is a Full-Time Permanent role, working in Brookings, OR, offering a competitive pay rate.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech therapy interventions for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance speech and swallowing functions
- Monitor and document patient progress, celebrating milestones achieved
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure: Valid Oregon state license in Speech-Language Pathology and current CPR certification
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care environment or NETHEALTH experience
- Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, compassionate nature, and a sense of humor
- Additional: Passion for improving quality of life and coastal living
