Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (12:00–20:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an acute care hospital setting
• Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation care aligned with Level II Trauma facility standards
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Cerner and McKesson electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Complete required orientation modules and annual training through the Relias/Net Learning portal

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification required
• 2 supervisor references required
• Must comply with strict no-tobacco/nicotine facility policy; nicotine drug screening is required and a positive result will result in cancellation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma or high-acuity acute care environment
• Familiarity with Cerner and/or McKesson charting platforms
• Flexibility with scheduling, including openness to a block schedule arrangement
