Travel RN – Rehabilitation (Night Shift)

Contract | 12-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 shifts per week | Every 3rd weekend required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform wound care, line insertion, and blood and antibiotic administration
• Utilize FIM and CARE Tool measures to assess and document patient functional status
• Conduct goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, and bedside shift report
• Document patient care using Meditech 5.6 electronic health records system
• Float to like units per facility policy when required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including Med/Surg experience
• Current BLS certification
• Inpatient acute rehabilitation nursing experience
• Familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech 5.6 documentation system
• Familiarity with Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, and Alaris Pump equipment
• Experience with patient-centered rehabilitation care models and goal-setting frameworks
