Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Serve in a Charge RN capacity within a Family Birth Place unit, overseeing night shift operations
- Provide labor and delivery care inclusive of OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Support approximately 60+ deliveries per month, with volume anticipated to increase seasonally
- Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
- Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift approximately every six weeks
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
- American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
- American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (required)
- Prior experience in Labor and Delivery in a Charge RN role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as a travel nurse in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Familiarity with OR and PACU workflows within a birth center environment
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to lead in a high-volume unit
