Labor and Delivery Charge Registered Nurse – Nights

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Serve in a Charge RN capacity within a Family Birth Place unit, overseeing night shift operations
• Provide labor and delivery care inclusive of OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
• Support approximately 60+ deliveries per month, with volume anticipated to increase seasonally
• Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
• Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift approximately every six weeks

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
• American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (required)
• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery in a Charge RN role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a travel nurse in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Familiarity with OR and PACU workflows within a birth center environment
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to lead in a high-volume unit
