Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in a high-volume operating room environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties
• Perform scrub and circulating duties across General, Orthopedic, Robotic, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Plastics (free flap), Liver Resection, and Whipple procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including the DaVinci XI robotic system
• Fulfill on-call requirements as scheduled within a 6-week rotation (40–60 hours of call per 6-week schedule)
• Float within the facility or to affiliate locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact); license must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, all within the last 3 years
• Demonstrated experience across multiple surgical specialties including Robotics, Ortho, Thoracic, and complex procedures
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an Operating Room setting
• Experience with high-acuity, complex surgical cases such as Whipple, free flap Plastics, and Liver Resection
