• Part-time, on-site, floating position (sites close together), approximately 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across multiple nearby sites
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Assist patients with rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Deliver services primarily during daytime shifts, 8 hours per shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
• Flexibility to float between different sites as needed
