Key Responsibilities

• Administer school-wide trimesterly and Universal Screener assessments; lead data team meetings to analyze results, identify students needing additional supports, and adjust intervention groupings
• Develop, revise, and implement standards-aligned curricula, lesson and unit plans, and interim assessments aligned to academic targets and Common Core
• Refine and monitor RTI Tier II and Tier III frameworks and procedures school-wide, including coordination with online learning platforms
• Observe teachers and interventionists, provide specific feedback for improvement, and lead professional development sessions focused on best practices
• Regularly deliver intervention lessons to struggling students across all grade levels and provide classroom coverage support as needed
• Develop frameworks and procedures for Support Team referrals, data collection, and action plans; oversee school-wide tracking and re-teaching frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Tennessee Teaching Certification in Special Education
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in an urban public school setting
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, and developmental delays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated track record of producing measurable student achievement gains
• Experience analyzing student assessment data to identify trends and develop targeted intervention plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with students, families, and colleagues
• Goal-driven, analytical problem-solving approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback
