iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Middle School ELL/ESL Teacher for our client in the Education industry. This is a contract role, working in Nashville, TN, offering a starting pay rate of $46/hr.

• What You'll Be Doing:
  • Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned ELA/ELL/ESL instruction in a blended learning environment.
  • Serve as a content and grade-level expert, grounding instruction in deep standards mastery.
  • Set academic goals with students, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback to support growth.
  • Analyze student data to develop targeted growth plans in collaboration with school leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with students and families through proactive communication.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment supporting social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Meet professional deadlines for lesson planning, grading, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with teachers and leaders to ensure high expectations and shared accountability.
  • Participate in coaching cycles to enhance instructional practice continually.
  • Perform additional duties to support school and scholar success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid Tennessee Teaching Certification with appropriate endorsements
• Experience teaching ELA/ELL/ESL to middle school students
• Strong technology navigation and data analysis skills
• Ability to design instruction using digital tools and platforms
• Openness to feedback and continuous professional growth
• Ability to maintain professionalism and emotional composure in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development
