Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage and treat patients in a clinical setting, adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Double-book follow-up visits as required, managing a high volume of daily patient encounters.
• Maintain documentation and productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or eligible license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Ability to manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• Flexibility in working with float to other clinics, including neighboring facilities.
