Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to diverse patient populations.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and execute therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain documentation and therapy progress in compliance with facility standards.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic throughput, with prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics in the area if needed.
• Willingness to work in a team environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
